on the channel 7 local news just now, to illustrate the economic crisis going on right now the white-looking reporter lady, reporting from the streets, is shown stuffing cash into her purse to symbolize putting funds into a 401K or money market etc.

and to symbolize the crisis? suddenly a dark-skinned disembodied arm comes out of the side of the frame and takes all the money out of her purse.

that's it. its all just "darkies" stealing $$$ from the white man. unbelievable.

they played with incredible energy and really ruled lame asses, but my wishlist of "Steam Engine", "At Dawn", "Phone Went West", and "The Bear" came up empty. the only wishlist song to pop up was "Bermuda Highway" to open the encore, and it was amazing. unless i'm missing something, it was a bit of a "hit-fest", but i love these guys, so...

is there any reason - a holiday, or just because its sunday, etc. - that i shouldn't go to Windsor, ON tomorrow afternoon?

in case you're wondering, the last time i went to Windsor it happened to be Good Friday and literally the entire city was closed except for gas stations and a chinese restaurant.

it'd be nice to avoid that embarrassment a second time if possible. so, anyone know anything?
